ABOUT US
We focus on the one thing that decides whether you win or lose: strategy.
From the outset, I wanted to move away from the legacy model in cteative agencies — counting hours, inflating teams, attaching multiple people to a single account.
Our approach is leaner and more human: partner with the best individuals and agencies anywhere in the world, and assemble the right team for the challenge. That way, clients get outstanding quality at fair price points — without the noise.
Covid accelerated that vision. With physical boundaries gone, the best talent could collaborate across countries as if in the same room. That global way of working has stayed with us: agile, trusted, built for impact.
But how we work is only half the story. What we work on is different too. Campaigns alone rarely change behaviour. True change happens in the system: in rituals, in belonging, in the undercurrents of trust.
That’s why we blend storytelling, systemic insight, and creativity. We don’t just create messages; we create conditions. We design new stories and new ways of belonging that shift how people act — because the context has shifted.
The result? Strategies and EVPs that aren’t just told, but lived.

BEN WICKHAM
Storyteller. Creative director. Systems thinker.
Ben Wickham helps organisations bring strategy to life. His work sits at the crossroads of creativity and systems thinking—using story, design, and systemic insight to unlock clarity, shift perspectives, and drive meaningful change.
He began his career in television, working with Channel 5, Channel 4, MTV, and the BBC before founding his own production company, Flickering Wall. Later, as Creative Director of a communications and change agency, he led projects for some of the world’s best-known corporations.
For the past decade, Ben has explored one core question: why do most behaviour change programmes fail? His work has taken him deep into the worlds of neuroscience, organisational systems, and narrative psychology to uncover how real change happens—not through logic or willpower, but through awareness of the hidden patterns shaping how people and organisations move.
Ben often describes himself as a chiropractor for organisations: most of the elements are already there, just not quite working as they should. His craft lies in spotting where energy is blocked, and making precise, creative adjustments that allow the whole system to move again.
His approach is rooted in systemic thinking and constellations—working with undercurrents, belonging, and the invisible dynamics that drive organisational life. By blending this with narrative craft and creative design, he helps companies build strategies and EVPs that aren’t just told, but lived.
A filmmaker, writer, designer, and passionate cook, Ben also mentors SMEs in the UK, supporting entrepreneurship and creative growth.
Originally from London, he has lived in the Netherlands for many years and is now based in Bali with his wife and two children.
