OUR ABILITY TO COOPERATE IS SOLELY BASED ON OUR BELIEF IN SHARED STORIES

Yuval Noah Harari

WELCOME TO THE COLLABORATIVE.

A growing group of friends, change facilitators, creatives, and consultants who gather around a shared set of beliefs, stories, and values.

  • We believe stories change the world.

  • We believe creativity, reimagining, and innovation are the lifeblood of humanity.

  • We believe a systemic approach; working with undercurrents, patterns, and hidden dynamics is the most effective way to deliver lasting change.

  • We believe every organisation has an inherent purpose it wants to manifest to the world.

  • We believe everything we do should be personal, experiential, and fun.

BEN WICKHAM

Ben is a Storyteller, Creative Director, systems thinker and a specialist in Organisational Behaviour. He works with organisations to create clarity and change by exploring the story of the whole: from where it all began to what the emerging future is bringing.

Work-life began in television and advertising before running a film company and becoming a Creative Director of a communications and change agency. For the last twenty years, he has worked with some of the world's most well-known corporates, supporting them in breaking old patterns from the past and creating new purpose, vision and narrative for the future. Delivering energy, focus, and passion to the ‘where and what next?’ of the organisations he works with.

He is immersed in systemic thinking, family and organisational constellations, corporate undercurrents, relationship coaching, and team dynamics. He is a Creative, a designer, a filmmaker, a writer, a passionate foodie, and a volunteer mentor for SMEs in the UK as part of a government scheme supporting entrepreneurship.

Originally from London, he lives with his wife and two children in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

LINDA OSNABRUG

Linda has spent over twenty-five years working with large corporates and, more recently, with government organisations. She successfully bridged both the seen and the unseen of organisational life.

She is as confident and clear in the board room as she is in navigating systemic work, working with corporate undercurrents, and guiding Constellations.

She has worked extensively in change, communications, HR, and Board Rooms. She is a master constellator, change consultant, storyteller, coach, trusted advisor, and mother. She brings gravitas, experience, wisdom, humour, and deep respect to every client she works with and meets.

She reads, meditates, immerses herself in nature, walks, and does yoga in her spare time. She currently lives in Amsterdam.

PIM GERRITS

Pim’s career began as an award-winning reporter, presenter, and director for Dutch radio and television but left journalism to pursue his work as Creative Director at KesselsKramer in Amsterdam. After ten years at KesselsKramer and five years of working with other agencies, Pim is now a creative director, brand builder, writer, and concept creator.

He holds two official World Records and one Olympic Record and is the inventor of DING FLOF BIPS, a now classic Dutch mnemonic from 2002. Recently, Pim introduced men-tax for De Koffiejongens, the world’s first mobile air quality check for the Lung Fund and a search engine sensation for Oatly.

He lives in Amsterdam with his wife and children, makes short films, writes plays, creates television formats, is a teacher and speaker at art schools and media outlets, and volunteers for the ‘VoorleesExpress’, an organisation that supports children who struggle with language.
